THE HOUSE

The place where a winery says goodbye well.

Every year, wineries end. Retirements, land sales, last leases, a family choosing a different life. Most of those endings happen quietly — a clearance email, a padlocked gate, forty harvests dissolving into a discount bin.

Final Vintage exists so the ending can be told properly. We film the story while the cellar is still warm, verify what actually remains, and number every case by hand — then put the last of the wine in front of people who will keep it, case by case, name by name. When the final case is claimed, the deal disappears and the story stays.

THE HOUSE RULES
01
The winery remains the seller
Every sale completes with the winery directly — its name, its price, its cellar, its shipment. Final Vintage never touches the wine or the money for it.
02
We are paid flat
A flat listing fee covers the film, the verification, and the archive. Never a commission, never a cut of the wine.
03
The story outlives the sale
The archive is permanent. Even when a winery is gone, what it made — and who made it — stays here, free to watch, forever.
